Teen Weightlifting and Wellness Program

A 6-week program designed to teach teens proper weightlifting techniques, gym safety, and healthy fitness habits in a supportive, small-group setting. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion and gain early access to the weight room – even if under 16. Open to gym members only.
