Our Counselor-in-Training (CIT) Program is designed to help your teen grow in a trusted, supportive environment while developing leadership skills. Participants go through a hiring process similar to our camp counselors and must be selected to participate in the CIT program, ensuring a committed and motivated group of future leaders.
